The QMS (Quality Management System) consists of:”A quality manual that defines how to meet quality requirements Procedure Manuals that defines the process, forms, templates and guidelines used in implementing the QMS”. For every project, Quality plan is prepared at the beginning of a project. This plan outlines all activities required to be performed to meet the quality objective from the customer’s perspective. The project leader is responsible to ensure all the quality system procedures/ standards applicable for the project are followed, all the reviews and tested are planned and conducted.
